Information We Collect

We also collect limited technical and usage information, including page views, referral source, UTM parameters, device class, subscription events, reader reactions, and feedback. Our first-party analytics use hashed anonymous session identifiers and do not store raw IP addresses or full raw user-agent strings.

How We Use Information

We use personal information to provide account access, deliver the weekly briefing, confirm subscriptions, manage unsubscribe requests, protect the service, understand content performance, respond to enquiries, and improve the publication.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use reader account details to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Service Providers

We use service providers to operate the site and deliver email, including Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for hosting and web analytics, and Maileroo for email delivery and inbound webhook handling. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

Retention And Security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and service security. We use access controls, server-side secrets, signed unsubscribe and confirmation tokens, and role-based admin controls to reduce the risk of unauthorised access.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a material security incident affecting personal information, we will respond according to applicable law.

Your Choices

You can unsubscribe from briefing emails using the unsubscribe link in those emails. You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting support@execai.fyi. We may need to verify your identity before actioning a request.

International Access

Exec AI. FYI may be accessed from outside Australia. By using the site, you understand that information may be processed in jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. The current version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after an update means the updated policy applies from its effective date.
